PORTO MONTENEGRO is being built in Tivat. Mr. Martin Lane Fox, who was hired by the investors, developed the concept design of landscape architecture, while `Dažd` developed that idea to the main project on request from Belgrade bureau Archi.pro.
Plot in question is situated next to the sea. Ground floor is entirely paved except areas separated by curbs and designed for planting of trees and shrubs. Even the row of `water mirrors` was built as practically a vehicular route (for the firefighters). Through the designed water features sea is being incorporated into this luxurious housing complex.
The cascading building has a great number of terraces including two green roofs. All of the plants are planted in planters. Some are raised some are recessed, in level of terrain, separated only with curbs (atrium with the pool). Mr. Fox has chosen an astounding number of plant species that have never been seen before here.
