Design is adapted to desires and needs of a family of five, architecture of the villa, but is also somewhat limited by a network of underground installations. Chosen decorative plants have shallow roots.
The garden is divided into two terraces, so that the higher one encloses the lower one. The effect of an atrium is created by closing the garden from all sides: with the house, a row of fruit trees, pergola covered with flowering climbers and fence with roses. From the lawn one steps over to a big paved patio and from there into the living room. On the terrace over the underground garage, one can play table-tennis, shoot at the basket or just rest in the comfortable garden furniture. A separate plateau for sitting is created with decking under the pergola. A high and long wall, which separates from the neighbours, is enriched with niches with benches.
Apart from 4 pairs of small fruit trees, strawberries are planted into the raised bed next to the stairs, and spices and herbs are planted in flower pots on the terrace by the kitchen. On the side of the house towards the stree, there is a roofgarden.
