Vesna Nadaždin Ljubičić was born in 1965 in Mostar, Bosnia & Hercegovina.  She is currently living and working in Belgrade, Serbia.
Vesna graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Forestry, Landscape Architecture Course in 1992.  She gained work experience at ‘Floris’ company in 1999, then at ‘Beovrt’, 2003 – 2006 covering design, completion and maintenance of many projects.  
In 1998 she was awarded a special design prize for the Terazije park project together with a colleague, architect, M. Dordevic.   At the First Landscape Architecture Exhibition in 2005 she also won the prize for the most imaginative design of a garden in Monte Negro.  The same design was nominated for the award at the ‘Best Private Plots’ Exhibition in Langenlois, Austria in 2006.
So far she has designed and completed over 50 different landscape architecture projects: residential (Belgrade, Zrenjanin, Novi Pazar, London, Utrecht), residential villas / outdoor areas (Belgrade, Milocer, Kruce), roof gardens (Belgrade) or commercial properties exteriors (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Simanovci). In the last 10 years she exhibited at 9 exhibitions in Serbia, Holland and Austria.  She also gave a few lectures in landscape architecture and is actively contributing to the various workshops and seminars. 
Vesna is an active member of: DAB (Serbian Association of Architects), UPA (Serbian Association of Landscape Architects) and ULUPUDS (Serbian Association of Applied Artists and Designers).  In 2008 she became a member of the Serbian Engineers Institute and she is a fully licensed Landscape Architecture Engineer. 
She set up Dazd Design Studio in 2006.
 
Danka Grbac was born in 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia. 
She graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Forestry, Landscape Architecture and Horticulture Course, with a thesis titled `Visual aesthetics in landscape architecture` in the year 2008. The diploma thesis was awarded a prize at the III Landscape architecture show in 2009.
As a student she took part in the ERASMUS workshop in Bulgaria in 2007 and ELASA Conference in Austria in 2008. 
During the last years of her studies, she was assisting with practical work on the subjects `History of landscape architecture`, `Landscape design` and `Plant physiology`. 
She completed student internship placements at the Greenmount College, Great Britain, 2006, at ‘Beovrt’ company in 2007 and ‘Dazd’ in 2008.
